The 96% cotton boxer brief for the Afex system comfortably and discreetly supports the receptacle and collection bag. The Basic Active brief is designed and recommended for normal daily use. Features a plain front and slightly shorter legs. The Basic Active style cannot accommodate the activity tabs from direct-connect collection bags.
